About
PichPich Marketing is a bilingual marketing strategy agency, French and English, based in Greater Vancouver. We make performance marketing accessible to the organisations that need it but cannot bring it in-house full time.
Too many businesses and organisations carry a strong mission and still go unseen, simply because their marketing never caught up. We exist to close that gap: senior, bilingual expertise that shapes the strategy and genuinely delivers it. Without the jargon.
The founder
I took a risk, and I know it. But I have come to think that life is made of very little else. After eleven years building brands and campaigns in Cameroon, then across Africa, the Middle East and Europe, I started over in British Columbia. New language, new market, back to zero.
And what a return to zero it was. You believe you know how to do marketing, then you realise that here the punctuation, the turns of phrase, the cultural codes, even the platforms you thought you had mastered, all run deeper than you expected. I unlearned, I relearned, and I came away with a humility that serves me every single day: I know exactly what it feels like to start from nothing, with a great deal of ambition and very little budget.
That is precisely why I founded PichPich Marketing: to become the resource I wish I had had. An agency that moves with rigour and with heart, alongside the entrepreneurs and organisations of Greater Vancouver, in French as well as in English.
Our expertise, in numbers
Eleven years of campaigns, brands and data, led by our founder before and since the agency was created.
Our values
Less guesswork, less wasted time. More impact, more pride.
We measure what we do, and we tell you plainly how it went.
Human support that respects your pace and your budget.
Careful work, delivered as if it were for our own brand.
Marketing that is simple to understand and simple to apply. Never any jargon.
We do this work because we love it, and it shows in the result.
Writing and campaigns that speak to everyone, in both languages.
Our commitments
Working with an agency should never feel like a gamble. Here is what we commit to, from the very first call.
No salesperson making promises and a junior doing the work. The person who designs your strategy is the person who delivers it.
Every mandate is measured. You know what was done, what it produced, and what we would do differently next time.
If you do not understand a recommendation, it has been badly explained. We rewrite it until it is clear.
French and English are written separately, never translated word for word. Both of your audiences get the same care.
Accounts, data, access, content: all of it belongs to you. If our paths separate, you leave with the whole lot.
We adapt to your reality, not the other way round. The scope is agreed in advance, with no surprises at the end of the month.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. We are based in Port Coquitlam and we support organisations across Canada and internationally, in French as well as in English. Meetings happen online, or in person in Greater Vancouver.
Hiring a senior marketing profile means a full-time salary, payroll costs and several months of recruiting, all for one person and one set of skills. We step in as soon as you need us, with expertise already built across advertising, CRM, content and data, and you adjust the level of support to your priorities of the moment.
No. Most of our mandates start with an audit of what already exists and a clear direction to work towards. If you already have a strategy, we assess it and we execute from there.
It depends on the lever. Digital advertising and email produce signals within a few weeks. Search visibility, visibility in AI answers and brand building are measured over several months. We say so from the start, rather than promising timelines we cannot hold.
A 30-minute call, free and with no commitment, to understand your situation and check that we are the right partner. If we are not, we say so and we point you in the right direction.
